About the fellowship
The Rhythm Fellowship honors the importance of balance, continuity, and growth in health professionals’ journeys. Just as circadian rhythms harmonize day and night, this fellowship helps clinicians and scholars align their professional development with the science of wellness, sleep, and human vitality.
The program empowers awardees to pursue advanced learning, specialized training, or conference participation that bridges foundational knowledge with leadership in sleep and circadian health. Who this fellowship is for
Applicants should:
Be APPs, fellows, or early to mid-career professionals
Have prior engagement in wellness, sleep, or circadian-related learning or advocacy
Demonstrate commitment to apply fellowship outcomes to care, education, research, or policy
Selection Criteria
Recipients will be chosen based on:
Dedication to Growth: Clear interest in deepening expertise in circadian and wellness science
Potential for Impact: Ability to advance patient care, professional education, or broader health outcomes
Collaboration & Leadership: Evidence of teamwork, mentorship, or advocacy potential
Equity of Opportunity: Consideration given for applicants with limited access to advanced training or resources
