We exist to bridge the gap between day and night as the global “KNOWLEDGE HUB” driving impact by translating cutting edge sleep and circadian science into practical tools that empower people to sleep better, live better, and thrive across all 24 hours.

Meg brings over 18 years of experience leading global health and nonprofit initiatives and is deeply committed to strengthening systems that support whole-person health and long-term well-being. Throughout her career, she has focused on translating evidence-based science into practical solutions that improve access, equity, and impact.
Her areas of expertise include nonprofit and philanthropic strategy, program and research operations, governance and risk management, policy and compliance, performance measurement, technology and systems integration, and cross-sector partnership development.
Meg holds a Master of Public Health from Boston University and has held senior strategy, management, and operations roles across international nonprofit and social impact organizations. Throughout her career, she has led large teams and complex initiatives, and managed multi-million-dollar portfolios across more than 20 countries.

Elizabeth Johnson is a Finance Director with over 25 years of experience in nonprofit accounting, leading financial strategy and operations at WSCN. Since joining in 2013, she has been instrumental in strengthening financial infrastructure and supporting sustainable organizational growth.
She has enhanced internal controls and reporting to improve accuracy and transparency, and implemented systems that drive operational efficiency. Elizabeth partners closely with executive leadership to align financial strategy with mission priorities, delivers insights that inform decision-making, and oversees audits with a strong record of accountability. Recognized as a trusted cross-functional leader, she advances program impact through disciplined financial stewardship.
With a background in healthcare and advocacy, she is passionate about the role of sleep in whole-person health and resides in Eastern North Carolina.

Lola has 15+ years of experience across physiotherapy practice, integrative healthcare, community building, and wellbeing leadership. With degrees in both Physical Therapy and Arts (University of Melbourne), she excels at translating complex health science into clear, everyday language and is passionate about supporting people on their journey to better health. Lola is an ardent fan of a good night’s sleep!
Her background spans business founding, clinical leadership, corporate health initiatives, business development, and patient education. An empathic, person-centered practitioner, Lola believes healthcare can be done better through communication, education, creativity, and innovation.
She brings this perspective to her role as Program Manager, which entails rebuilding and managing the WSCN website and supporting other organizational operations and tasks.

Admin CoordinatorCatherine began her career as a Virtual Assistant after graduating from college during the COVID-19 pandemic. Originally pursuing a path in psychology, she shifted her focus to building a flexible remote career where she could still help people in a different aspect of health.
Over the years, Catherine has developed expertise in administrative coordination, webinar hosting and moderation, and social media management. She joined WSCN as an Administrative Coordinator and Social Media Manager, bringing both professional experience and a long-standing personal connection to the organization.
With a background in sports and coaching, she is passionate about supporting others and advancing the mission of organizations dedicated to improving lives through education, advocacy, and community.

Valerie Person serves as a Programs Manager for WSCN’s CPAP Assistance and AWAKE Peer Mentor programs. She has over 10 years of experience working with the non-profit and over 25 years of customer service experience. She and her family reside in Southwest Minnesota.
Valerie’s passion for helping others makes her a valuable addition to our team. She assists patients and medical professionals who utilize our CPAP Assistance programs and the AWAKE Peer Mentor program.
She is committed to helping others understand and prioritize the full 24-hours in a day.

Alice joined the ASAA /WSCN Team in October 2019. Having been a sleep apnea patient herself since 2012, she understands the importance of being dedicated to PAP therapy and being our own best advocate.
She is a Customer Service Associate who works from her home near Tracy, MN. Alice has a background in Management and Customer Service and brings a passion for making a difference and helping others succeed on their sleep journey.

With a strong background in health and fitness, she loves guiding people toward lifestyle choices that support their well-being. Marc K. Garcia is a Creative Director with more than 25 years of experience creating engaging digital experiences, brands, and visual communications across healthcare, nonprofit, consumer, and technology organizations.
A U.S. Marine Corps veteran and someone living with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), Marc brings both professional expertise and personal perspective to his work. At WSCN, he leads the organization’s creative direction, website design, UI/UX strategy, branding, and visual communications. He also develops WSCN’s social media content, helping educate, inform, and engage the sleep health community.
Passionate about accessibility and storytelling, Marc is dedicated to making sleep health information easier to understand while advancing awareness and supporting better outcomes for Service Members, Veterans, patients, caregivers, and the broader community

George has been drawing since he could hold a crayon. Never quite able to settle on a single art form, he has gained skills in game design, illustration, graphic design, data visualization, video editing, voice acting, sculpture, and many other, more obscure forms.
Offering his services to Fortune 500 companies the likes of Viacom, Mattel, and LEGO, he has gained a deep appreciation for high-stakes, high-quality work. Apart from being a lifelong artist, he also loves animals, collecting art, and long walks on the beach.

Erin is a contract grant proposal writer with 19 years’ experience in prospect research, grant proposal writing, and grants management. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in English from St. Olaf College and a Master’s of City and Regional Planning from Clemson University.
At WSCN, Erin works on research writing and grant applications.
Erin was diagnosed with sleep apnea in 2018 and started working with WSCN in 2019. She lives in Colorado with her husband and two sons.

Anne Marie Morse is a neurologist with specialized training in child neurology and sleep medicine. An avid educator, successful leader, thoughtful clinician, and inquisitive researcher, Anne views her most important roles in medicine as being a health care partner, advocate, and changemaker.
Her proven track record and unwavering commitment to evolving healthcare into a patient-directed model that operates across all hours of the day, accounting for sleep health and circadian science across all disciplines, are evident in her development of novel programs such as Sleep to Be Well and Wake Up and Learn.
Both programs focus on meeting people where they are, with information and tools to live as successfully as possible and sleep as restfully as possible. Anne envisions a world where sleep can be acknowledged as the vital sign of health, wellness, and performance that it is designed to be.

A rare cancer survivor and patient advocate, Sue was dedicated to ensuring radical patient-centricity was at the heart of her past-role as Chief Patient Officer at Publicis Health, a first in health communications. Sue helped found two start-up agencies in the early days of the Internet and DTC communications and has deep health and wellness brand-building experience spanning leading companies in virtually every category. She sees sleep as the critically important third pillar of health and is passionate about fueling sleep health for all.
Sue is in demand as a frequent speaker at Healthcare industry conferences and is frequently published, having been featured most recently at HLTH, in Ad Age, and honored in the 2020 MM&M Hall of Femme, 2022 Reuters Patient Champion, and 2024 HBA Luminary.

With over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Larissa is passionate about transforming a system that cares for the sick to one that keeps people well. She is person-centric and purpose-driven, engaging in work that drives better health and has a positive, sustainable impact.
Areas of expertise include Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) corporate strategy, Government Affairs, Market Access, Clinical Advocacy, Patient Advocacy, Medical Affairs strategy, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Commercialization of digital solutions, Digital marketing, impact-oriented content production and immersive installations, and Consumer engagement/campaigns to drive behaviors.
She holds a BS in Biology from UCSD and an MS in Legal Studies from USD, School of Law. Sleep health is a personal focus with both her father and fiancé managing sleep apnea alongside cardiac conditions. Most recently, she held executive roles at ResMed.

Lynn Grisco is a healthcare executive and strategic advisor with over two decades of leadership across pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, specialty pharmacy, and patient advocacy. She brings expertise in commercial strategy, patient-centered marketing, and access innovation in CNS, oncology, and rare diseases.
Lynn is the founder & CEO of Grisco Consulting, where she partners with healthcare companies to develop transformative strategies that improve patient outcomes & drive market success. She has held senior leadership roles at Acadia, BMS, and Avadel Pharmaceuticals, leading the HCP marketing launch of Lumryz®, a once-nightly treatment for narcolepsy.
Her passion for sleep health deepened when her daughter was diagnosed with narcolepsy in 2022, igniting her role as a dedicated caregiver, advocate, and changemaker in the sleep community.
Lynn serves as Vice Chair, BOD for Wake Up Narcolepsy & on the BOD for the Florida Cancer Specialists Foundation to advance person-centered care.

In 2013, John was named one of the top 15 Technology Luminaries in Massachusetts by the Boston Business Journal and Mass High Technology.
John is both a genomics and proteomics serial entrepreneur with seven successful exits and a venture capitalist focusing on therapeutics, tools, and diagnostics, specializing in building and positioning companies for either acquisition or an IPO. He has formed two successful venture capital firms – Tiger Gene, seeded by Tiger Management, and 28 Capital, a rebrand and expansion of Tiger Gene.
He has successfully raised over $800MM in funding and amassed >$1.8bn through exits. Before co-founding TigerGene Capital and John’s last exit as a serial entrepreneur, John was President and CEO of Exosome Diagnostics, which he led to a successful $575MM acquisition by Bio-Techne. John is also a Fellow at Harvard University, where he teaches ‘Entrepreneurship and Innovation.’
